TODAY...aka SATURDAY...(although it says SUNDAY 'cause it's past MIDNIGHT)... was a good day! I slept in for once..then got up, ran some quick errands, put gas in my car, read some journal entries - becca in NM was the best... the rest of the afternoon went by rather quickly...the snow was so perfect! It was powdery and easy to sweep off the car :) Later in the afternoon my family went to go see the ice palace w/ my friend Jenni from CSF. We hung out there for a couple hours. It was sweet! It was fun to walk around and look at the ice and snow sculptures and hang out for a while.  (it wasn't THAT cold Jen)! lol Then we went to Don Pablos for dinner together! That was fun! Afterwards I went back to Jenni's appartment to hang out w/ her and Andrea (another CSFer) and we watched Freaky Friday! That was sweet! So now I just got home...hangin' out...missing a good party at my frat (which is ok - 'cause I'll be there tomorrow) and now I think it's time for dev
TODAY was great! Of course I missed math...but oh well. I slept in. It's ok though. School was ok today. Nothing big. I love driving though! For the past couple days I've been listening to Pillar's old album "Above" in the car. I really didn't get into that cd very much when it 1st came out - but now I've grown to like most of the songs (tracks 5-12, 14) lol :P After school I went to work. It seemed to drag on but it was nice to see my grandma and my aunt again! They're the best! No one can top my amazing, godly, caring relatives (not to mention the lunch they make for me everyday - including the banana bread)! :P  Thanks guys! After work I went to the Green Mill and met Heidi, Ashley, and Jamie Worsham there. That was fun! We did a lot of catching up and just chatting. I have some awesome friends :P After that I went home to work on more CSF stuff, Pillar stuff, homework (or not), and now I think i'm ready to pass out. I'll prolly sleep in and

CSF (Christian Student Fellowship)... was the highlight of my day! Well so were some other things. I set my clock an hour fast and I woke up freaking out, thinking that I missed my 1st class. I quickly got ready, started my car...and realized I tricked myself (which was the point) and I got to school right on time! Yeah! School went well. Nothing big. Calc. 1 quiz tomorrow...Hebrew went well. Geography went well. My TA was away (death in the family) so I just hung out w/ my small group or whatever. highlight #1 It was cold out! lol highlight #2 I was walking back to my frat to get my car to head to work. I was almost there when a guy stopped me and asked me if I went to Meadow Creek H.S. (I was wearing my letter jacket....SEE i knew it was ok to wear on campus)! He used to go to New Life. We hung out a bit and it turns out that he lives like 2 or 3 houses down from my frat. He introduced me to another friend of his at the house who also went to New Life. I invited 'em both to CSF n
My glass went from full to 3/4... Hey _(name)!    lol How are ya? I'm alright (woah...just alright? what's up w/ that?!). Anyway - I woke up on time again today (praise God), did my usual routine (or lack of one), got my car all toasty warm, ate breakfast I think, then went to school. I got there right on time!! I went to Hebrew class, got my quiz back (did very well), learned some new things...that was fun! Then I walked to Calc. 1. That was also pretty fun (for once). I met some new people, learned new things, then walked to Coffman w/ a guy I met from Calc. I then headed over to the West Bank and went to Geography...that was boring. I almost fell asleep - the room was just too comfy! It wasn't the teacher at all! I was in the 2nd row too...oh well. After classes I went and bought my calc book (rip off...but yeah...I'll sell it back later). Then I headed home quick to check the mail, get back to some emails for the Pillar UG (that's quite a responsibility), then h
Today was yet another good day! Well everyday has its good and semi-good parts - but it was good (if that makes sense...hehe i'm addicted to Mountain Dew...what am I gonna do?)! lol ok anyway - this is poor opening intro to my day - 'cause i'm really not on Mountain Dew right now (I know I know I'm being overly random right now - which is not me at all....hmmm."SLAP")! ok... I woke up at 5am today. Ouch! I picked up my buddy Al from his house (he wanted to hang there for the weekend) and I brought him to school as well. Rush hour was slow. It took almost 2 hours to get there. I dropped off Al at his dorm, parked my car at my frat, walked to Calc and made it there just in time! God is good! Well in Calc I studied for my Hebrew quiz next class. Hebrew was great! I love that class (no matter how hard it is). The size is small, the students are cool, and I do pretty well when I focus. The quiz went well. Piece of cake (chocolate cake that is)! My teacher is very c
Hey everyone (or just me lol)!! What is up?! haha ok ok. Today was awesome. Oh before I get into that - my last entry was really intended for Sat....even though it says Sunday - 'cause I wrote it after midnight I'm guessing...but yeah...anyway... I slept in today! Don't worry - I still went to church (at least my college group). That was awesome. I learned a bunch of new stuff in Genesis. It's amazing how you can read something a zillion times and still learn a LOT more that's new. Wow - God is just cool like that! After church I went to a Romania meeting at CSF (Christian Student Fellowship- www.csf.net ). There's about 8 of us going I think this summer for a few weeks. My family still isn't supportive of me going (saying that I need to work instead of spending time out in the mission field) but I really think that God wants me to go on this trip. And not just to add to my passport (haha) but to see another aspect of life and culture and to minister to peop
Today was really fun. It was a nice relaxing day, seeing old friends, visiting new ones, and just enjoying the day. God is really cool. I thank Him so much for all He's given me. I couldn't be happier!:)
Well today is the 1st day of my journal thingy. I used to have one at www.freeopendiary.com (brotherofjesus is my sn there) but the popups were overwhelming and unbearable. I have my journals from my Ukraine and Turkey missions trips from last summer on that site however. God has been doing some amazing things in my life. I've learned that if you just let God control your life instead of trying to do it all on your own - amazing things will happen! For instance within a week God has just blessed me beyond my imagination. I'm now a Student Leader for Christian Student Fellowship ( www.csf.net ). We had our 1st retreat last weekend together in SD. It was awesome just to grow closer as friends as well as to God. We were able to come up with some effective ways to build up CSF and the communities that are part of it. Also - I'm now the Echelon Leader for Pillar along w/ my friend Chris! We can now start stepping everything up a notch for Pillar in MN. All to glorify God of cou
