Another wonderful day! I worked the midnight shift (will be doing that for a couple more weeks still) and then went home, talked on the phone for a bit with Mandii, Dad, and Cassie (I love that girl)!! Then I slept for a grand total of 8 hours! I'm really getting used to this job! I get as much sleep as I want!!! haha! But my afternoon does pass by much more quickly.... ;(


Heather called to say that she's going to Sonshine...just with other friends! haha


On a prayerful note: my brother will be having open heart surgery on the 7th of June. I'll write more details about it later but just keep him (and the doctors) in your prayers! God has been takin' really good care of my bro so far so I have no doubts He will continue to do so during this upcoming surgery.


Also, pray for Cass since she's not feeling well and kinda stressed out.


Well I'm at work right now so I better go set up and stuff! Last night the computers went down at 5:30am for the rest of the shift. That was odd..oh well!

I know it’s been since around Thanksgiving since I last posted on here. I wish I had a better excuse for not formulating a better journal since then, except to say that I’ve been spending more time just enjoying life rather than writing it all back down again! Happy Thanksgiving everyone! You know – I feel like most of us in this country really take this holiday for granted, regardless of how much promotion it’s given and regardless of how much knowledge we have of our historical past. What we need to remember is that we came to this country to escape persecution and to worship G-d (aka Jesus Christ) in a way that contradicted the teachings of the king of England. Because of this we left and came to the New World, where we fought the Indians (making both wise and foolish decisions) and eventually came to be the great country that we are now. We are truly blessed…thinking of all the other countries that don’t have the same privileges that we do. Praise G-d for His everlasting love and His hand of protection upon this country still. I fear one day that the hand of His will no longer protect this country us if we continue to turn away from Him and go about our own way…               School has been quite busy. Hey everyone! Yeah I know it's been a while!! I still gotta update - but it's ok. I have most of what i've done on my calander, so it shouldn't be too hard to update. I just missed my 1st class today (well I woulda been 10 min. late so I figured...screw it) so I just thought I would write a little about what's going on right now in my life. So grades are well....so far. As in all my classes and B in Hebrew right now. Not to shabby. This weekend is the retreat for CSF (Christian Student Fellowship) up at Camp Salie. I can't go Fri. night because of a frat thing, but I'm taking a few people up Sat. It should be fun. Um - Bush is still the best! If Kerry wins I'm moving to Canada :) Who's with me?! One of my hardcore Christian friends is very against Bush (because of the war) and doesn't really like Kerry either (because of most of his beliefs) but is either going to vote Nader (throw the vote away) or Kerry (not a good idea).
