Can life get any better?


Probably - but i'm content the way it is! God is...simply put....amazing! :P


Anyway school was pretty good today. I love my Hebrew class. Geography was also pretty sweet. We're going to be talking about the Israel/Palestine conflict soon. I'm excited for that!!


Work went well. Nothing too special. Please keep my friend Ashley (not Ash Squires) in your prayers. I can't say much else but God knows. I hope she comes to my church on Sunday. That would be cool.


This evening I was supposed to see a movie w/ my friend Katie but my cell died while I was talking to my dad about the whole thing...I didn't remember her entire phone number (it's on my cell) so I went home, plugged it in...and by that time it was already getting late. So I went w/ my family to Culvers. That was pretty fun!! Then I went home, emailed some people back, etc...talked to a few people online - then drove around for a bit - sorta randomly. I was going to Al's house but I guess he had to go to bed. So I put windshield washer fluid in my car, went to walmart, bought nothing (but it was still fun), then went home, now here I am! Tomorrow I have another long day ahead. No - no "dates" for V-day!! I might go out to dinner w/ a couple friends but we'll see.


ok enough of my babbling. I'm gonna go get some more stuff done tonight (lol). I have no idea why I'm so awake!!!

I know it’s been since around Thanksgiving since I last posted on here. I wish I had a better excuse for not formulating a better journal since then, except to say that I’ve been spending more time just enjoying life rather than writing it all back down again! Happy Thanksgiving everyone! You know – I feel like most of us in this country really take this holiday for granted, regardless of how much promotion it’s given and regardless of how much knowledge we have of our historical past. What we need to remember is that we came to this country to escape persecution and to worship G-d (aka Jesus Christ) in a way that contradicted the teachings of the king of England. Because of this we left and came to the New World, where we fought the Indians (making both wise and foolish decisions) and eventually came to be the great country that we are now. We are truly blessed…thinking of all the other countries that don’t have the same privileges that we do. Praise G-d for His everlasting love and His hand of protection upon this country still. I fear one day that the hand of His will no longer protect this country us if we continue to turn away from Him and go about our own way…               School has been quite busy. Hey everyone! Yeah I know it's been a while!! I still gotta update - but it's ok. I have most of what i've done on my calander, so it shouldn't be too hard to update. I just missed my 1st class today (well I woulda been 10 min. late so I figured...screw it) so I just thought I would write a little about what's going on right now in my life. So grades are well....so far. As in all my classes and B in Hebrew right now. Not to shabby. This weekend is the retreat for CSF (Christian Student Fellowship) up at Camp Salie. I can't go Fri. night because of a frat thing, but I'm taking a few people up Sat. It should be fun. Um - Bush is still the best! If Kerry wins I'm moving to Canada :) Who's with me?! One of my hardcore Christian friends is very against Bush (because of the war) and doesn't really like Kerry either (because of most of his beliefs) but is either going to vote Nader (throw the vote away) or Kerry (not a good idea).
