My day was good. I slept in a little bit, took a long shower, then did homework for a while. Jake (my bro) and I hung out for a while here and we jammed on the piano/drums for about 30 min....that was fun. Later on I talked to Karl online (www.skype.com) and he told me about the Stentorian/Rust/Children 18:3 concert tonight...so me, him, and Beka went. It was a blast. I had a great time. I handed out a butt load of Pillar stickers too! I don't have anymore actually...and everyone I handed 'em to liked it and I told 'em to buy the new cd coming out soon! I wish I had more stuff to give away now!! lol


So yeah - the concert was tight. The 1st 2 bands were ok....then Rust played. They have tight vocalists. Then Children 18:3 played. I like them as well...;)Then some other no nammer played...Stentorian closed the concert and that's when we all went nuts! It was great! Ryan Vest was there too!! It was nice to see him again. Other people I saw were Karin's friends, David Landborg, Katie K., Kendall R., Beka W., Amanda M., Matt Kantor, Ashley P, Barry (how could I forget), and the list goes on!! It was a tight concert!!


Afterwards I dropped Karl and Beka off (oh and thanks again Karl for the parking and the mocha...you are an awesome friend)!


I also had a short but nice chat w/ Jenni tonight....well God bless! I'm off to a little sleep before more homework this weekend...Jake Larson i'm praying for you too!!!

I know it’s been since around Thanksgiving since I last posted on here. Happy Thanksgiving everyone! You know – I feel like most of us in this country really take this holiday for granted, regardless of how much promotion it’s given and regardless of how much knowledge we have of our historical past. What we need to remember is that we came to this country to escape persecution and to worship G-d (aka Jesus Christ) in a way that contradicted the teachings of the king of England. Because of this we left and came to the New World, where we fought the Indians (making both wise and foolish decisions) and eventually came to be the great country that we are now. We are truly blessed…thinking of all the other countries that don’t have the same privileges that we do. Praise G-d for His everlasting love and His hand of protection upon this country still. Hey everyone! Yeah I know it's been a while!! I still gotta update - but it's ok. I have most of what i've done on my calander, so it shouldn't be too hard to update. I just missed my 1st class today (well I woulda been 10 min. late so I figured...screw it) so I just thought I would write a little about what's going on right now in my life. So grades are well....so far. As in all my classes and B in Hebrew right now. Not to shabby. This weekend is the retreat for CSF (Christian Student Fellowship) up at Camp Salie. I can't go Fri. night because of a frat thing, but I'm taking a few people up Sat. It should be fun. Um - Bush is still the best! If Kerry wins I'm moving to Canada :) Who's with me?! One of my hardcore Christian friends is very against Bush (because of the war) and doesn't really like Kerry either (because of most of his beliefs) but is either going to vote Nader (throw the vote away) or Kerry (not a good idea).
