So I slept at odd times of the night last night because of my weird
time schedule at work. I woke up around 6am (just as my dad was leaving
for work), ate breakfast, then went back to take a nap! haha! I woke up
later to find out that my dad was coming home from work to work on the
house for a bit before my sister's open house this coming weekend.
I helped him out by finishing my egress window (cleaning out the crap,
the 2 dead mice I found, etc.) so it could be primed. He washed the
side of the house off, as well as the deck, etc.
I ended up takin' another nap later on in the afternoon so I would be
rested for work at midnight. I went downstairs, only to find a lost bee
flying around...so I had to kill that sucker...lol
Later on I picked up pizza for the family (Figaros) and then went to
Al's house for a little while, watchin him get his butt kicked on
MegaMan (the anniversary collection on Game Cube)! haha! It's great
watchin' my buddy lose to a game I know I could school him in (for
once)!!!
Well that's where I'm at right now in the day! Oh Cassie's online now too! Life is great!

I know it’s been since around Thanksgiving since I last posted on here. I wish I had a better excuse for not formulating a better journal since then, except to say that I’ve been spending more time just enjoying life rather than writing it all back down again! But I do need to get back into the groove so as to entertain myself in the future…reminiscing of wonderful events that took place in my life.  I guess a few of my friends only know of the life I post on Xanga so that’s another reason I need to stay current. Happy Thanksgiving everyone! You know – I feel like most of us in this country really take this holiday for granted, regardless of how much promotion it’s given and regardless of how much knowledge we have of our historical past. What we need to remember is that we came to this country to escape persecution and to worship G-d (aka Jesus Christ) in a way that contradicted the teachings of the king of England. Because of this we left and came to the New World, where we fought the Indians (making both wise and foolish decisions) and eventually came to be the great country that we are now. We are truly blessed…thinking of all the other countries that don’t have the same privileges that we do. Praise G-d for His everlasting love and His hand of protection upon this country still. I fear one day that the hand of His will no longer protect this country us if we continue to turn away from Him and go about our own way…               School has been quite busy. Hey everyone! Yeah I know it's been a while!! I still gotta update - but it's ok. I have most of what i've done on my calander, so it shouldn't be too hard to update. I just missed my 1st class today (well I woulda been 10 min. late so I figured...screw it) so I just thought I would write a little about what's going on right now in my life. So grades are well....so far. As in all my classes and B in Hebrew right now. Not to shabby. This weekend is the retreat for CSF (Christian Student Fellowship) up at Camp Salie. I can't go Fri. night because of a frat thing, but I'm taking a few people up Sat. It should be fun. Um - Bush is still the best! If Kerry wins I'm moving to Canada :) Who's with me?! One of my hardcore Christian friends is very against Bush (because of the war) and doesn't really like Kerry either (because of most of his beliefs) but is either going to vote Nader (throw the vote away) or Kerry (not a good idea).
