Well I guess it's technically Thursday now...but Wed was a decent day as well! I tried to get a lot of homework done before Hebrew....yeah that didn't happen. But Hebrew was pretty good. I always learn a lot...almost too much I think!


After Hebrew I hung out for a while, then met Mary at the Dinkydome for dinner at Varsity subs (yep - where I went the day before with my Bible friends). It's always nice to catch up with Mary. She brought some pics from when we were around 3-4 years old. They were so adorable! Well at least she was! lol


CSF was good. It was all on missions tonight. Some people from Reign Ministries talked about opportunities, and Carolyn talked about Costa Rica and Equador. We also heard about Ukraine (Mr. Mayer is on the board), Japan, China, and others! It was pretty cool. Mary left eary for homework, and I did community group with Cassie. It went pretty well. We expanded on the topic of missionary stuff - so that was cool.


After CSF I went over to Coffman (the student center) for a meeting with my journalism group to talk about our presentation that we'll be doing in a couple weeks. After that I walked back to my car (in the church parking lot where we had CSF) and they were just locking up for the night - so I said goodnight to Brad, Rebecca, Todd, etc. before heading back to my frat here where I'm trying to get a BUTT load of homework done! oh - prayer is good! Keep it going!!!!

     Hadley here( Cassie`s friend), this is so awesome!!!!! I finally have a website, so I can communicate with the outside world!!!!!!!! YAY!!! This is so exciting! I know it’s been since around Thanksgiving since I last posted on here. I wish I had a better excuse for not formulating a better journal since then, except to say that I’ve been spending more time just enjoying life rather than writing it all back down again! Happy Thanksgiving everyone! You know – I feel like most of us in this country really take this holiday for granted, regardless of how much promotion it’s given and regardless of how much knowledge we have of our historical past. What we need to remember is that we came to this country to escape persecution and to worship G-d (aka Jesus Christ) in a way that contradicted the teachings of the king of England. Because of this we left and came to the New World, where we fought the Indians (making both wise and foolish decisions) and eventually came to be the great country that we are now. Hey everyone! Yeah I know it's been a while!! I still gotta update - but it's ok. I have most of what i've done on my calander, so it shouldn't be too hard to update. I just missed my 1st class today (well I woulda been 10 min. late so I figured...screw it) so I just thought I would write a little about what's going on right now in my life. So grades are well....so far. As in all my classes and B in Hebrew right now. Not to shabby. This weekend is the retreat for CSF (Christian Student Fellowship) up at Camp Salie. I can't go Fri. night because of a frat thing, but I'm taking a few people up Sat. It should be fun. Um - Bush is still the best! If Kerry wins I'm moving to Canada :) Who's with me?! One of my hardcore Christian friends is very against Bush (because of the war) and doesn't really like Kerry either (because of most of his beliefs) but is either going to vote Nader (throw the vote away) or Kerry (not a good idea).
