Hey everyone!
Yeah I know it's been a while!! I still gotta update - but it's ok. I
have most of what i've done on my calander, so it shouldn't be too hard
to update. I just missed my 1st class today (well I woulda been 10 min.
late so I figured...screw it) so I just thought I would write a little
about what's going on right now in my life.
So grades are well....so far. As in all my classes and B in Hebrew
right now. Not to shabby. This weekend is the retreat for CSF
(Christian Student Fellowship) up at Camp Salie. I can't go Fri. night
because of a frat thing, but I'm taking a few people up Sat. It should
be fun.
Um - Bush is still the best! If Kerry wins I'm moving to Canada :)
Who's with me?! One of my hardcore Christian friends is very against
Bush (because of the war) and doesn't really like Kerry either (because
of most of his beliefs) but is either going to vote Nader (throw the
vote away) or Kerry (not a good idea). So lets forget the war for just
a couple min. War is unavoidable these days. Because we're human and
because of sin - we can't avoid war much anymore. It's just gonna
happen. There may have been another way to deal with the conflct - but
war still woulda happend! Come on! We got Suddam. So that's awesome!
Now look at Kerry. He's all up for killing people. Think of the
zillions of babies that are killed everyday...abortion. Kerry's all for
that. He'll kill more people like everyday in America than the soldiers
who have been WILLINGLY dying for what they believe to be the
foundation that America was built on...freedom. It's not a word that we
can use all over the world. America is really one of the only places in
the world where people are really free...now I know our limitations as
Christians are growing slowly...but Kerry will only make that
worse....anyway I gotta get to my next class (Bible). I didn't think I
would go off on a tangent like this. One more point. I had another
Christian friend who cussed pretty bad at me because I liked Bush. So
if this person really likes Kerry so much - that she's willing to use
"potty" language (lol) to defend him - how does that make Kerry look?!

    hey Micah!  Haha, i got that quote from The Purpose Driven life... after you were talking about it that one night i was convicted to actually finish it.  haha, so yea.. i'm in Chapter 36 right now.  Anyways, it's too bad we missed each other last night!  But hopefully we'll talk soon. Love ya!

    I Seriously can't believe you.  1st of all,  We went to war because of Weapons of Mass Destruction,  Call me if you see any.  I don't believe in late term abortion,  But, once, you've had a close friend that has gotten an abortion, you'll change your mind. 
    Kerry is killing bush in the debate, hope you're tunning in to see all of this.
    I love you to death(well not to death, but you get the point)  I just don't understand why.  Do you not want any money for your future?  You can't just think about the now, you have to think about what you want to be doing in 10, 20, 40 years from now.

    I doubt there will be a draft.  That's just speculation.  And the only way Micah is going to war is if the Lord allows it, and i trust the Lord 100%.

    Bush has promised a lot of things baby.  And yes, as part of health, i have seen an abortion, and yes, it is horrible,  but the option has to be there. 
    You mean the world to me,  but don't let your religious belief system, get in the way of you mind.

    Micah, Satan told me he wants Bush to win. And one more thing, Canada is much more liberal than the US, so you'd probably want to go to a more conservative country... like Cuba.

    "...but don't let your religious belief system, get in the way of you mind."What the heck are you talking about?!  We should have God around for convience, but not for life?  God HARDLY gets in the way.  Religion should play a part of how people vote.  Think about it.  Let's see... I'm a christian... I believe these things.  Who should I vote for?  Which candidate better represents ME and MY beliefs?  Who agrees with where I want the conuntry to go?  Which candidate will live a life following the Bible and it's principals?  Those are the things that make me vote for who i choose.  God is the way of my mind.  I want my thoughts to be His.  God will never 'get in the way of my mind.'

    Good question, Jollie. I enter a hell unlike any you can imagine when I have to go to work on Saturday mornings at 7:30 hungover. That's where he usually visits me, there, and when I'm walking across the 10th Ave bridge. We mostly talk about football though, he's a Packers fan of course.

I know it’s been since around Thanksgiving since I last posted on here. I know I need to do some updating - but here's the most important thing going on in my life right now (besides Jesus lol): So my brother Jake has open heart surgery this morning at 7:30am, July 7th at Mercy Hospital. I'm just asking that whoever reads this to pass it on and keep him in your prayers. For those of you who know, Jake is my bro (obviously), he's 16, and suffered a stroke a while back at the Excel Center downtown St. Paul, where my dad was called (he ran from his work in St. Paul to the Center and met the ambulance...woah) and my bro was rushed to the Children's Hospital. Because he was in St. Paul at the time, and because he went to this particular hospital, they were able to determine right away that he had a blood clot in his brain, and they were able to have the right equipment to fix this as soon as possible. Because of this, Jacob suffered no brain damage (which was all God). So the Lord really had a hand of protection on my little bro. Later on the do...

Happy Thanksgiving everyone! You know – I feel like most of us in this country really take this holiday for granted, regardless of how much promotion it’s given and regardless of how much knowledge we have of our historical past. What we need to remember is that we came to this country to escape persecution and to worship G-d (aka Jesus Christ) in a way that contradicted the teachings of the king of England. Because of this we left and came to the New World, where we fought the Indians (making both wise and foolish decisions) and eventually came to be the great country that we are now. We are truly blessed…thinking of all the other countries that don’t have the same privileges that we do. Praise G-d for His everlasting love and His hand of protection upon this country still.
