Past couple of days have been busy. (Do I always open with something like "I'm busy"?!)


Monday was a long day. Keyboarding class was slow and astronomy was pretty interesting. But Hebrew was horrid...so many things to know and memorize...and expectations from the prof. from last year that we didn't learn or didn't remember...


After school I did as much homework as I could before our Sammy meeting. I think I picked up Jollie from work downtown first. Yeah. Our meeting went extremely well I think. Informal and quick. We then cleaned the house, ordered pizza, invited a bunch of guys over, and watched the Vikings lose! Of course I did homework for most of the night.


Today was ok. Journalism went pretty well. We have a new person in our group - and we present on Thursday. Much prayer is needed for that :) Um - Bible class was stupid again (I'm sorry to be so blunt but we're comparing a Babylonian myth or something to Gen 1) - learning that there are other 'gods' under God...and this myth somehow ties in - and in Gen 1:2 where the Spirit hovers over the face of the deep - well "deep" could be another "god"...how messed up is that? Prayer is also needed for the paper due on Thursday for that. Thanks to all who are praying for me! I'm at work now - leaving soon for another meeting! Gosh...then I think I'll go home for once and type up a couple papers...more prayer ;)  Oh and pray for CSF too! That more people keep coming to hear the truth!


Um ok - i'm off. Hey Andy! I'm watchin' out for your little bro! He's awesome. And thanks Cassie for the awesome email. I'll write you back as soon as I can!!

    Micah!!  Hey!  Don'tcha even worry about e-mailing me back, just keep doing what you're doing.  I just hope you can some find time to relax.  Sounds like you've been really-super busy.  You're in my prayers though.   Love ya!

I know it’s been since around Thanksgiving since I last posted on here. Happy Thanksgiving everyone! You know – I feel like most of us in this country really take this holiday for granted, regardless of how much promotion it’s given and regardless of how much knowledge we have of our historical past. What we need to remember is that we came to this country to escape persecution and to worship G-d (aka Jesus Christ) in a way that contradicted the teachings of the king of England. Because of this we left and came to the New World, where we fought the Indians (making both wise and foolish decisions) and eventually came to be the great country that we are now. We are truly blessed…thinking of all the other countries that don’t have the same privileges that we do. Praise G-d for His everlasting love and His hand of protection upon this country still. Hey everyone! Yeah I know it's been a while!! I still gotta update - but it's ok. I have most of what i've done on my calander, so it shouldn't be too hard to update. I just missed my 1st class today (well I woulda been 10 min. late so I figured...screw it) so I just thought I would write a little about what's going on right now in my life. So grades are well....so far. As in all my classes and B in Hebrew right now. Not to shabby. This weekend is the retreat for CSF (Christian Student Fellowship) up at Camp Salie. I can't go Fri. night because of a frat thing, but I'm taking a few people up Sat. It should be fun. Um - Bush is still the best! If Kerry wins I'm moving to Canada :) Who's with me?! One of my hardcore Christian friends is very against Bush (because of the war) and doesn't really like Kerry either (because of most of his beliefs) but is either going to vote Nader (throw the vote away) or Kerry (not a good idea).
