I really don't have long to write but I didn't wanna forget today! haha :P


At work I got a 6 pack of mountain dew, a gift card, and some other cool stuff from Jill for finding her wedding ring a while back! That was sweet!


Also - tonight was the last CSF night for the school year. It was pretty fun though just chillin' with my friends. Jenni gave me a ton of mountain dew as well (and some other super cool stuff too like popcorn, a gift card to blockbuster, etc.)! Thanks a TON Jenni! You rock :P


Yeah so I came home tonight with my hands full....not only with cool stuff from friends but also HOMEWORK...tonight and tomorrow night are my BIG homework nights...


Then I have to study hard for some finals coming up next week.


I also have a Hebrew oral tomorrow...so I better go now! Lots of work to still do! Keep prayin' for me! It's almost over :P

    Wow, sounds like some goodies you got there huh.  Sounds all good except Mountain Dew. Don't mind me.  Heheh.. I'm more of the Coca-Cola person. Hehe.
    I've been loaded with a lot of homework too! I hate how over here in WI one day I'd be really nice out and I'd have a lot of homework, but when it's cold out.. none. I just hate that!
    I'm a internet friend of Lisa.  She's helping me find some more friends on Xanga. Hope we can be friends on here, if you want.

I know it’s been since around Thanksgiving since I last posted on here. I wish I had a better excuse for not formulating a better journal since then, except to say that I’ve been spending more time just enjoying life rather than writing it all back down again! I know I need to do some updating - but here's the most important thing going on in my life right now (besides Jesus lol): So my brother Jake has open heart surgery this morning at 7:30am, July 7th at Mercy Hospital. I'm just asking that whoever reads this to pass it on and keep him in your prayers. For those of you who know, Jake is my bro (obviously), he's 16, and suffered a stroke a while back at the Excel Center downtown St. Paul, where my dad was called (he ran from his work in St. Paul to the Center and met the ambulance...woah) and my bro was rushed to the Children's Hospital. Because he was in St. Paul at the time, and because he went to this particular hospital, they were able to determine right away that he had a blood clot in his brain, and they were able to have the right equipment to fix this as soon as possible. Because of this, Jacob suffered no brain damage (which was all God). So the Lord really had a hand of protection on my little bro. Later on the do...

Happy Thanksgiving everyone! You know – I feel like most of us in this country really take this holiday for granted, regardless of how much promotion it’s given and regardless of how much knowledge we have of our historical past. What we need to remember is that we came to this country to escape persecution and to worship G-d (aka Jesus Christ) in a way that contradicted the teachings of the king of England. Because of this we left and came to the New World, where we fought the Indians (making both wise and foolish decisions) and eventually came to be the great country that we are now. We are truly blessed…thinking of all the other countries that don’t have the same privileges that we do. Praise G-d for His everlasting love and His hand of protection upon this country still.
