Today was another very eventful day. I woke up, typed a 7 page paper for Geography (for some reason I'm kinda good at that), went to Geography, then sat through some Hebrew. I went to work and that was interesting. While I was sorting through the boxes and stuff I noticed that a lot of the temps were mixing materials in the same darn box. So I dumped out box after box in the middle of the warehouse floor, got some more boxes, and organized everything. Then I showed everyone how to do things right. I was practically doing my boss's job, but I'm not complaining :) I enjoyed it thouroughly!!


The weather was beautiful today. I saw it get around 65 degrees F. That was nice!


CSF was good too. The music was awesome, the message was on friendship, and for my community group we went to a park, hung out, and talked about spring break! It was a good day. I also hope my friends from IA can make it still for this weekend! That would be tight. See Spot Rock is this Friday too! I'll prolly be the 1st in line again (or at least try to be) like last time ;)

I know it’s been since around Thanksgiving since I last posted on here. I wish I had a better excuse for not formulating a better journal since then, except to say that I’ve been spending more time just enjoying life rather than writing it all back down again! I know I need to do some updating - but here's the most important thing going on in my life right now (besides Jesus lol): So my brother Jake has open heart surgery this morning at 7:30am, July 7th at Mercy Hospital. I'm just asking that whoever reads this to pass it on and keep him in your prayers. For those of you who know, Jake is my bro (obviously), he's 16, and suffered a stroke a while back at the Excel Center downtown St. Paul, where my dad was called (he ran from his work in St. Paul to the Center and met the ambulance...woah) and my bro was rushed to the Children's Hospital. Because he was in St. Paul at the time, and because he went to this particular hospital, they were able to determine right away that he had a blood clot in his brain, and they were able to have the right equipment to fix this as soon as possible. Because of this, Jacob suffered no brain damage (which was all God). So the Lord really had a hand of protection on my little bro. Later on the do...

Happy Thanksgiving everyone! You know – I feel like most of us in this country really take this holiday for granted, regardless of how much promotion it’s given and regardless of how much knowledge we have of our historical past. What we need to remember is that we came to this country to escape persecution and to worship G-d (aka Jesus Christ) in a way that contradicted the teachings of the king of England. Because of this we left and came to the New World, where we fought the Indians (making both wise and foolish decisions) and eventually came to be the great country that we are now. We are truly blessed…thinking of all the other countries that don’t have the same privileges that we do. Praise G-d for His everlasting love and His hand of protection upon this country still.
