It was another fun and exciting day! (when isn't it?! lol)! :P
School was pretty good. Hebrew was fun and interesting. I learned some new stuff there. Math...yeah...well I saw Andrea on my way there! That rocked!!
Geography was good. We had our big debate again today. It went very well. Not to be biased or anything but our section did the best job and had a great argument. I'm glad I agree with our position as well.
I had my bike today so I zipped from place to place a lot faster than before. I biked across the bridge today...under a minute. That sure beats walking the dang thing in over 5 minutes. It was cold and windy though...funny thing...my bike kept moving to the side while I was peddling hard...wind? lol
I went to Coffman to finish typing up my paper for my next class. The girl next to me in the computer lab gave a weird look when she saw me take my keys out, and plug the USB flash drive into the computer that's on my keychain. I don't think she knew what that was - maybe she thought I was gonna blow the place up or something (hehe)! Well as I was walking out of Coffman I saw RACHEL! That was sweet!! She was pretty busy though getting ready for a presentation w/ her class but it was nice to see her.
My freshman seminar went well. We talked about plastic electronics...crazy stuff I tell ya! We even got out early! So I hung out at my frat for a while before heading off to work. Work was pretty good. Jamie, Andre, and Sergio taught me how to use the scanner to scan text booklets. So I did that for a few hours. I left around 8pm.
I then went to Men's Warehouse, Kohls, and Famous Footwear to get a bowtie, shoes, and sandals (respectively) for the cruise I'm leaving on with Al and his family on Saturday.
Now I'm spending the last few minutes of my day packing for the trip.
Tomorrow is school, then lunch with my dad downtown, then maybe contesting a parking meter ticket (not my fault!), then later on going to the T-Wolves vs. the Lakers w/ Al and his family. Then we'll be staying overnight downtown in a hotel before leaving for the airport the next day for the Caribbean. I don't think I'll be able to keep an online journal for this next week - so I'll try to keep a handwritten one...maybe :P
Please pray for me and Al and family for safety and that this next week will be somewhat relaxing and a time to just focus on God and His creation (and hopefully get a nice tan)! I also have lots of friends and family that need prayer for lots of reasons. God knows...thanks so much! Also pray for the Pillar concert coming up soon - that the tickets will sell out and that the message of Christ will be evident through this concert!
In Him,
Micah (6:8)
Have fun on your cruise in the Carribbean!! I know you will - but still! :p
