Cheri just emailed me the recipe for the bread we made last night! I'm happy :P


Today was great! I went to Hebrew...learned new things (and also got confused a lot) like everyday, then I went to math and turned in the calc problem that was assigned last Thursday! Thanks to my CSF friends for helping me with it! You guys rock :)


OH!!! When I was leaving math - I ran into Natalie Benz!!!! How cool is that?! She even remembered me too! That was fun-so I hope we can hang otu sometime and catch up! :)


Then I went to Geography for the beginning of the Israel/Palestine debate. My section is pro Israel. Our 2 presenters did a great job - being straight to the point...really harsh...it was so funny! I couldn't stop laughing the whole time because of how blunt and harsh they were! but thumbs up!


Work was good - I did a lot of sorting and stuff. I got to even play KTIS on the radio...'till someone got sick of it and changed it...I walk away for 5 seconds....and it's on 101.3...sad..oh well!!! On break I ran for a couple miles on the treadmill there. They have a decent work out room.


Now i'm doing tons of homework and packing for this weekend! Oh Joy!


Please pray for my friend - God knows who. It seems like she's at a low spot in her life right now - lots of things going on that seem super unfair. She needs encouragement and she needs to know that God is still there with her too. I just wish I could do more...

I know it’s been since around Thanksgiving since I last posted on here. I wish I had a better excuse for not formulating a better journal since then, except to say that I’ve been spending more time just enjoying life rather than writing it all back down again! I know I need to do some updating - but here's the most important thing going on in my life right now (besides Jesus lol): So my brother Jake has open heart surgery this morning at 7:30am, July 7th at Mercy Hospital. I'm just asking that whoever reads this to pass it on and keep him in your prayers. For those of you who know, Jake is my bro (obviously), he's 16, and suffered a stroke a while back at the Excel Center downtown St. Paul, where my dad was called (he ran from his work in St. Paul to the Center and met the ambulance...woah) and my bro was rushed to the Children's Hospital. Because he was in St. Paul at the time, and because he went to this particular hospital, they were able to determine right away that he had a blood clot in his brain, and they were able to have the right equipment to fix this as soon as possible. Because of this, Jacob suffered no brain damage (which was all God). So the Lord really had a hand of protection on my little bro. Later on the do...

Happy Thanksgiving everyone! You know – I feel like most of us in this country really take this holiday for granted, regardless of how much promotion it’s given and regardless of how much knowledge we have of our historical past. What we need to remember is that we came to this country to escape persecution and to worship G-d (aka Jesus Christ) in a way that contradicted the teachings of the king of England. Because of this we left and came to the New World, where we fought the Indians (making both wise and foolish decisions) and eventually came to be the great country that we are now. We are truly blessed…thinking of all the other countries that don’t have the same privileges that we do. Praise G-d for His everlasting love and His hand of protection upon this country still.
