My best friend Karl (yeah I know - God is #1....) but anyway - he wears shorts like all the time - and he goes to UMD (Duluth). So he's crazier than I am! Just check out the comment he left me on the previous journal entry (and say hi to him too). :)   Anyway Karl thanks for the comment. You rock man.


Thursday was another good day. Nothing special at school...or at work...well I talked to some Mormons for about an hour today (secretly keeping them from "attacking" their victims...hehe!  Well - they are persuasive that's for sure. But I left with their jaws open in question...lol


I got my jacket back today...I had a Student Leader meeting at CSF tonight (9:30pm) which went well. So yeah...good day overall I guess.. I went to Karl's Cub at like 12:30am for some stuff too - missed ya Karl. Well I guess this journal is "All About Karl" day isn't it?! lol


Oh if anyone wants to go w/ me to the Adoration Concert/iWorship coming next month let me know! I have good seats still! (Jeremy Camp, Newsboys, Rebecca St. James, Lenny LeBlanc, etc...)!!

    This is the first time I've come to your site...I saw that you're listening to Jeremy Camp...is that CD good?  I saw it the other day somewhere and was like cool, I didn't know he had two CD's.  But I didn't know anything about it.  So yeah...this is Amanda by the way, Beka's friend.  Have an awesomely awesome day!

    oh! I want to go to those concerts...see spot rock too...all of those are during my spring break (i'm staying home, working, and going to concerts)

I know it’s been since around Thanksgiving since I last posted on here. I wish I had a better excuse for not formulating a better journal since then, except to say that I’ve been spending more time just enjoying life rather than writing it all back down again! Happy Thanksgiving everyone! You know – I feel like most of us in this country really take this holiday for granted, regardless of how much promotion it’s given and regardless of how much knowledge we have of our historical past. What we need to remember is that we came to this country to escape persecution and to worship G-d (aka Jesus Christ) in a way that contradicted the teachings of the king of England. Because of this we left and came to the New World, where we fought the Indians (making both wise and foolish decisions) and eventually came to be the great country that we are now. We are truly blessed…thinking of all the other countries that don’t have the same privileges that we do. Praise G-d for His everlasting love and His hand of protection upon this country still. Hey everyone! Yeah I know it's been a while!! I still gotta update - but it's ok. I have most of what i've done on my calander, so it shouldn't be too hard to update. I just missed my 1st class today (well I woulda been 10 min. late so I figured...screw it) so I just thought I would write a little about what's going on right now in my life. So grades are well....so far. As in all my classes and B in Hebrew right now. Not to shabby. This weekend is the retreat for CSF (Christian Student Fellowship) up at Camp Salie. I can't go Fri. night because of a frat thing, but I'm taking a few people up Sat. It should be fun. Um - Bush is still the best! If Kerry wins I'm moving to Canada :) Who's with me?! One of my hardcore Christian friends is very against Bush (because of the war) and doesn't really like Kerry either (because of most of his beliefs) but is either going to vote Nader (throw the vote away) or Kerry (not a good idea).
