SNOW...


Was very prevalent this morning. So much so that I got to school late! But no worries! My teachers are awesome! I still took my Hebrew quiz (pretty fun) then shoveled my fraternity's sidewalk and parking lot (go me), then went to work!!


Work was good. The roads were bad but oh well. God kept me safe.


After work I went back to my frat for the weekly meeting then headed home for a Pillar chat online! That was so fun!!!


Right now I'm chattin' w/ some friends and havin' a good time. Chris and I have some good ideas for promoting Pillar and stuff....


OK...someone explain to me "measure of a man" by Clay Atkin..I mean Aiken (I seriously mess that up a lot). I'm no fan but I was just curious!! I'm confused. I need to be..."enlightened"

I know it’s been since around Thanksgiving since I last posted on here. I wish I had a better excuse for not formulating a better journal since then, except to say that I’ve been spending more time just enjoying life rather than writing it all back down again! Happy Thanksgiving everyone! You know – I feel like most of us in this country really take this holiday for granted, regardless of how much promotion it’s given and regardless of how much knowledge we have of our historical past. What we need to remember is that we came to this country to escape persecution and to worship G-d (aka Jesus Christ) in a way that contradicted the teachings of the king of England. Because of this we left and came to the New World, where we fought the Indians (making both wise and foolish decisions) and eventually came to be the great country that we are now. We are truly blessed…thinking of all the other countries that don’t have the same privileges that we do. Praise G-d for His everlasting love and His hand of protection upon this country still. I fear one day that the hand of His will no longer protect this country us if we continue to turn away from Him and go about our own way…               School has been quite busy. Hey everyone! Yeah I know it's been a while!! I still gotta update - but it's ok. I have most of what i've done on my calander, so it shouldn't be too hard to update. I just missed my 1st class today (well I woulda been 10 min. late so I figured...screw it) so I just thought I would write a little about what's going on right now in my life. So grades are well....so far. As in all my classes and B in Hebrew right now. Not to shabby. This weekend is the retreat for CSF (Christian Student Fellowship) up at Camp Salie. I can't go Fri. night because of a frat thing, but I'm taking a few people up Sat. It should be fun. Um - Bush is still the best! If Kerry wins I'm moving to Canada :) Who's with me?! One of my hardcore Christian friends is very against Bush (because of the war) and doesn't really like Kerry either (because of most of his beliefs) but is either going to vote Nader (throw the vote away) or Kerry (not a good idea).
